We would like the departure dates for your last male and your last female or juvenile.
Don't send your departure date until the end of September, to avoid having to revise it. Hummingbirds are generally seen here until September 15-20; sightings in October are very rare.
With the naked eye, it is impossible to distinguish between adult females, young females and young males with certainty. Some young males may have red spots on their throat. The way to determine sex and age is based on one of the wing feathers, and on bill wear; for this, the bird must be in-hand.
